Asheville, NC’s Small Doses was formed in 2022 when Matt and John decided to reunite and write songs together after a 30-year hiatus. The two had previously played in groups like Dawn of the Dude and Off With Their Heads among others. After reconnecting so many years later, the two began writing songs together again. The band was completed when Crystal (Zombie Queen) joined on bass and Isaac hopped in on guitar shortly after that.
