Swamp pop powerhouse Rootbeer Richie & The Reveille have just dropped a second new digital single today called “The Tide”. The track will also be featured as one half of a classic gold sleeve SLN 7” 45 due out in June 2022, paired with RR&TR's first digital single, 'Something Like This'. The digital-only single version of 'The Tide' is pay-what-you-want and you can snag it from our WEB STORE or from our BANDCAMP. You can also play this newest hit on all the streamables out there. Former Lives just released another brand new digital single! This one's titled 'Cordon Sanitaire' and it's a pay-what-you-want track. This single follows 'Alderson Loop', which was released last month. In fact, Former Lives will be issuing 3 more digital singles, one a month, and then will release a super limited 12" EP with all the tracks collected. Former Lives just dropped a brand new digital single! It's titled 'Alderson Loop' and it's a pay-what-you-want track. It's the second release from the Burlington, VT bedroom indie pop project helmed by Sean Klassen. Friends and fans might recall the debut Former Lives single, 'Joy Of Missing Out', that we released last year. 'Alderson Loop' has a similar amount of pop hooks, while expanding on the use of various synths. It's a co-release with a brand new imprint- Former Lives Records! Greetings friends and fans! We are super excited to officially welcome a brand new addition to our incredible roster- The Drolls! They are a Seattle-based band and their history is as follows… The three members used to be in other bands (Sicko and Chinchilla, respectively). One of them (Julie) is still in another band (Guest Directors). Two of them (Denny and Josh) used to be in another band together (the aforementioned Sicko). Now they're in this band. If you know your 90’s Seattle and San Diego punk rock history, you know that these are some serious players. The Drolls previously contributed a track on our "SLN-210: 10 Year Anniversary Compilation" and now their debut album, “That Puget Sound”, is on the way. It will be available as a 12" vinyl long player (with a snazzy limited option) and digital long player on January 7th, 2022. You can pre-order the album from our WEB STORE or our BANDCAMP right now.
