Hey gang! You may recall the somewhat elusive act Gray Vines released the "Young Hearts"
EP back in February of this year. It's been available digitally and was initially released physically as a single sided stereo lathe cut 12" on clear vinyl with hand stamped &
numbered jackets featuring adapted cover art. Those sold out nearly immediately. We're pleased to say that Gray Vines' "Young Hearts" is now available on compact disc with the original full color cover art! You
can obtain the new CD format (with download) or the existing digital extended player (pay-what-you-want) from our WEBSTORE or from our BANDCAMP. Not too much is known about Denver's Gray Vines aside from the fact that this project is a duo
featuring Ben Roy and Chuck Coffey of the band SPELLS. The two have been playing shows again as Charlie & The Shithead and have added in some songs from several of their projects, including Gray Vines. We all figured it would be nice to have "Young Hearts" back in print physically because of that, so here we are! Thanks for following along, friends and fans!
Today is release day for the new State Drugs album, "Parade Of Red Flags"! The band put a lot of work into creating these songs and the effort pays off big time. On "Parade Of Red Flags", State Drugs showcase an expanded sonic palette, which they use to infuse 11 indie alt-rock punk inflected gems with a skillful balance of power, earnestness and melody. It's signature State Drugs on a whole new level. If you didn't secure a copy of the album during the pre-order period, you can grab the LP on randomly mixed eco color vinyl (with download) or digital-only long player from our WEB STORE, as well as our BANDCAMP, right now. The LP is distributed by our buds at Recess Ops and is available at several of the best record shops in the greater Denver Metro area. We also sent copies over to Green Noise Records, so that's yet another option to obtain this smash platter. If you're a streamer, we got you covered there too. The always excellent Ashtray Monument co-released this album and it's a treat to partner with them again to bring music fans more State Drugs. In closing, no matter how you listen to it, we think you'll agree that "Parade Of Red Flags" is absolutely worth celebrating!
Pressing Info: 210 12" LP's on randomly mixed eco color vinyl / digital long player. Co-release with Ashtray Monument. Released 11/17/23.

If you've been watching the streaming action, you've likely guessed that State Drugs has a brand new album on the way. Well, you're right! "Parade Of Red Flags" is set for release on November 17, 2023. After a split single (with SLN labelmates ZEPHR) and the "Explosions On The Radio" EP in 2022, State Drugs got right back to work and came up with yet another great batch of punk-influenced, 90's-inspired alternative indie rock that is definitely their catchiest yet. "Parade Of Red Flags" shows the band in a more collaborative state with a tighter focus on instrumentation. Those iconic vocals are still there of course, but now there are more backup vocals that really highlight the strong melodies on this latest album. You can pre-order the LP on randomly mixed eco color vinyl (with download) or plain digital-only from our WEB STORE, as well as our BANDCAMP, right now. You'll get an immediate download of three singles- 'Marathon To The Red Light', 'Yep' and 'Crash Entry', then the full LP on release day. 'Marathon To The Red Light' is currently our bandcamp sampler if you wanna check it out. We're joining forces once again with Ashtray Monument for this superb album. State Drugs vinyl is pretty popular, so if you're a fan of the band you know what to do!
